Katelyn is the Digital Support Specialist at the Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing (ARM) Institute. With several years of experience in data management and customer relations, these are skills she continues to build upon as she expands her portfolio to include content creation, landing page design, and newsletter development.
Katelyn came to the ARM Institute with a background rooted in technical sales of high-precision equipment, with a specific focus on designing new workflows and fostering quality sales partnerships. This experience, and her excitement for mission-driven work, led her to her role at ARM. This has allowed her to further hone her skills in outreach and analytics.
Katelyn received an associate’s degree and sales engineering certification from the Community College of Allegheny County. She also received a journeyman’s certification from the Department of Labor and Industry.
