RoboticsCareer.org is a great resource for both students and professionals interested in the robotics manufacturing space, but did you know you can also use it for your hiring needs? It's easy to post a job, and our platform reaches 8,000 people every month. The best part is, it's completely free, all you need to do is create an organization account.
Beyond posting your job and waiting for applicants, you can also actively comb our list of qualifies candidates to find the perfect fit. There are over 2,000 registered users across the US, all explicitly interested in the robotics sector, waiting for you to reach out. You can search for candidates based on their education and work experience, including if they are in the military; robotics competition participation; location; and, thanks to our competency framework, you can search by which robotics technical skills they have (including if they've applied a skill in a work environment!). Based on the results using these filters, you can explore each candidate further to find an about me section, a LinkedIn profile, and/or a resume. Then, you can contact them directly using our platform.
